Shipping policy

Processing Time:

Please note, all items are made to order. Our processing time is currently 5 business days (Monday through Friday). All packages will be dropped off to the selected shipping carrier within this time frame.

Orders from Canada: 

If you have placed an order from within Canada, our carrier's current delivery time frame is 1-10 business days. 

Orders from USA:

If you have placed an order from within the USA, our carrier's current delivery time frame is 6-13 business days. Please note, we use Direct Duties Paid (DDP) shipping services. Duties are collected at checkout and applied to the shipping services used to prevent any disruption to the shipping timeline. However, with the current uncertainties surrounding customs protocols, further tariffs/duties may be applied to the package upon arrival into the USA. This is determined by CBP and any additional duties will be at the cost of the customer. 

Shipping can also be purchased from Purolator at checkout. The shipping times will be available upon checkout.  

Orders from UK:

If you have placed an order from within the UK, there are 4 delivery options, each with different shipping windows:

  • Canada Post International Parcel Air: 
  • Canada Post Tracked Packet: 6-10 business days
  • Canada Post Xpresspost: 4-7 business days
  • Chit Chats International Select: 10-25 business days 

Orders from EU & Australia: 

If you have placed an order from within the EU, there are 3 delivery options, each with different shipping windows:

  • Canada Post International Parcel Air: 
  • Canada Post Tracked Packet: 6-10 business days
  • Canada Post Xpresspost: 4-7 business days

Delayed Shipping Times:

Please note that during busier times of the year (ex. around holidays, statutory holidays, etc.) carriers do often have extended shipping times. We do our best to reflect those shipping timelines here, however, please plan ahead if you require to have your package by a certain date/time. 

We also ask that you please be mindful that once your package has been dropped off at the post office, the package is no longer with the responsibility of Penguin Knots. If there are delays in your package or the package arrives damaged, please kindly reach out to let us know if you have any concerns. We do our best to work with our carriers to ensure all packages are getting to the customer in a timely manner and in good condition. Thank you for your cooperation.
